Approach
Direct link on the B1 (A 40) to the motorways A 1 (Hansalinie), A45 (Sauerlandlinie), A2 (Berlin – Hanover – Dortmund – Oberhausen), A42 (Duisburg – Dortmund), B1 (A44) (Dortmund – Kassel).
Please follow the signs to Dortmund, and our own signs on the motorways. Details can be taken from the motorway sketch (see below). If you are using a navigation system, enter “Strobelallee 45“ for the destination.
Car parks accommodating 8,800 cars and buses are available close to the exhibition grounds. The parking fee is 5.00 EUROS per car at all parking lots.

MesseExpress
The MesseExpress is put into service at the JAGD & HUND, CREATIVA, INTERMODELLBAU and at the Boulevard.DORTMUNDER HERBST.
With our MesseExpress you could drive conventient and free of charge directly from the car park to the exhibition grounds. For sure you can use this service after your fair visit to get back to the car park.
The service begins 30 minutes before start and ends 15 minutes after the end of the exhibition. During the entire duration the MesseExpress runs in 10-minutes-intervals.
Environmental Protection Zone in Dortmund (Umweltzone)
The City of Dortmund introduced an Environmental Protection Zone (EPZ) with effect from 01.10.2008. This zone starts to the north of the A-road Bundesstrasse 1 and covers the city centre of Dortmund. As of 15.11.2008 any vehicles using this EPZ must be in possession of a corresponding sticker. Whilst the grounds of the Westfallenhallen do not constitute part of this EPZ, it may well be however, that you as an exhibitor or event organiser, etc. are affected by having to travel through it.
