The Best Western Parkhotel Westfalenhallen Dortmund and the Messe Westfalenhallen Dortmund are situated directly adjacent to the site of the Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH joint enterprise company. Westfalenhalle 1 even has a direct link to the Parkhotel.
If you stay overnight at the Best Western Parkhotel Westfalenhallen Dortmund you will only be a few minutes walk away from your trade fair stand. You will also have a direct connection to Dortmund city centre via the Westfalenhallen Dortmund underground railway station (lines U45 and U46). The journey takes around 10 minutes. You will be accommodated in comfortable hotel rooms in all price classes, in green and leafy surroundings. The official Dortmund tourist agency, "DORTMUNDtourismus" will be delighted to help you find and reserve suitable accommodation. You can reach the agency between Monday and Friday from 9.00 to 18.00, and on Saturdays from 9.00 to 13.00.

The fees levied by the Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH for sending admission tickets that you have bought, amount to 1.50 € (inland) and 3.00 € (abroad). You can find information about the fees charged by other advance sales outlets from the outlets themselves.
Ticket sales for trade fairs taking place in the first six months of the year begin around the middle of November. Advance sales for trade fairs in the second half of the year begin around the middle of July.
You can purchase tickets directly at any of the box offices on the day. These can be found directly adjacent to the entrances, and open half an hour before the start of the trade fair. Box offices close half an hour before the end of the trade fair. There will be sufficient admission tickets for the trade fair available. It is neither possible nor necessary to reserve a ticket in advance with a request for us to hold this ticket until you arrive.

Trade fair catalogues are available during trade fairs at the box offices and information stands. - online
- Trade fair catalogues can also be sent to you by post. However these must be ordered in writing. The catalogues will only be sent to you after prepayment.
Catalogues for guest trade fairs may be purchased from the promoters themselves. You can find the contact addresses on our website by using the trade fair rapid search. Alternatively see point 8.
As a rule postage costs amount to 12 € per catalogue. This sum includes post and packaging costs as well as a processing fee. We should like to point out that you can purchase the catalogue much more inexpensively at the daily box offices.
We can offer you the following methods of payment:
- By cheque: send a cheque to the Messe Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH, Strobelallee 45, 44139 Dortmund. Please do not forget to give us your full address and the name of the catalogue you require. As soon as the cheque has been credited to our account, the catalogue will be sent to you directly.
- By credit card: give us your credit card number and the validity dates. The amount payable will be booked from your credit card account when the catalogue appears.
- By money transfer: we provide you with written details of our bank account. You will receive the catalogue as soon as your payment has arrived and the catalogue has appeared.
For book-keeping reasons it is unfortunately not possible to send catalogues with an invoice. Should you require a receipt for your accountancy department, please inform us when ordering the catalogue. We shall then enclose a receipt with the catalogue.
In order to ensure that they are right up to date, trade fair catalogues only appear a few days before the start of the trade fair. You can order them in writing before they are published and they will be sent to you immediately they are published and when your payment is credited to our account.

By contrast with trade fairs for the general public we also stage trade fairs exclusively for the relevant trade and these are not open to everyone. Admission can only be obtained by providing proof that you are a trade visitor. You can do this online by sending us a PDF file with a copy of a document proving that you belong to the trade. A special committee decides on the criteria needed to be recognized as a trade visitor, determines the persons who belong to the circle of visitors, and how they can officially register themselves for the trade fair.
