Necessary registration for your participation in our event

Even though the loosening up is becoming more and more widespread and public life is moving more and more in the direction of "normality", there are clear guidelines, especially for the organisation of events.

A very important point is the registration of each participant. No matter whether visitors, exhibitors, technicians, service providers or others - all persons on our event site must be registered during this time.

For this purpose it is also important that you carry out this registration. How to do this? Fortunately, it's very simple and does not require much effort. 

1. Fill in all the following input fields with your personal data

2. Then click on the "Register" field

3. In the next step you will receive a registration form which you can print out directly. For security reasons, you will also receive the registration as an e-mail. PDF, which you should have ready in printed form for visiting the event

3. You need a separate registration for each day you spend on our event site.

4. Please bring the printed or digital registration with you on the day of the event on which you visit us and show it to our admission personnel without being asked

5. Please keep this document with you until you have left the Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe GmbH event premises.

The subject of data protection is a very important issue for the Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe. We are obliged to keep your registration data for up to 4 weeks after the date of the event and to hand it over to the authorities upon request. After this period your data from the registration will be automatically deleted from our system.
